Managed Services

Managed Service

On this level we take responsibility for your whole environment and manage it end to end. We design a package that suits your needs, and proactively manage your environment to maximise security, uptime and effectiveness.

Dedicated Service

Should you need a dedicated resource on your premises we can provide this in conjunction with our managed services. You get the benefit of an internal IT department using an outsource model.

All customers who commit to a proactive, managed or dedicated service receive a free Customer Technology Plan™ (CTP) which maps out your future technology requirements and identifies and manages risks in your environment.
